Refund policy
We gladly accept returns or exchanges within 30 days of your purchase. We stand behind our goods and services and want customers to be satisfied with our product.
Permanent jewelry we will happily reinstall, and warranty as needed. However permanent jewelry cannot be returned as it is made custom to fit our customers.
To start a return, please use our Return Portal.
If Returns Coverage is purchased at the time of checkout then return shipping will be covered. Otherwise the customer is responsible for the costs of return shipping.
Permanent jewelry is an investment. Because we provide fine jewelry, each piece is sold with a warranty.
Whether you have to remove your permanent jewelry, or it breaks, save the chain and we will always put them back on for free! Just remember to:
- Save your chain when possible
- Book an appointment with us under "fix"
- Any foreign fixes from other jewelers are $10
